Pandora Announces January 2014 Audience Metrics

OAKLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 5, 2014-- Pandora (NYSE: P), the leading internet radio service, announced today new metrics that were reached in the month of January 2014.

  • Listener hours for Pandora during the month of January 2014 were 1.58 billion, an increase of 13% from 1.39 billion during the same period last year.
  • Share of total U.S. radio listening for Pandora in January 2014 was 8.57%, an increase from 7.68% at the same time last year.
  • Active listeners were 73.4 million at the end of January 2014, an increase of 12% from 65.6 million during the same time period last year.
