Gregory B. Maffei
Chairman

Gregory B. Maffei, age 57, has served as a director and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Media Corporation (“Liberty Media,” which term includes its predecessors) since May 2007, Liberty Broadband Corporation since June 2014 and Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc. (“Liberty TripAdvisor”) since July 2013 and has served as Chairman of the Board of Liberty TripAdvisor since June 2015. Mr. Maffei has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Interactive Corporation (including its predecessor) since February 2006 and as a director since November 2005. He also served as its CEO-Elect from November 2005 through February 2006. Prior thereto, Mr. Maffei served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Oracle Corporation, as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of 360networks Corporation, and as Chief Financial Officer of Microsoft Corporation. Mr. Maffei has served as: the Chairman of the Board of Sirius XM since April 2013 and a director since March 2009; the Chairman of the Board of TripAdvisor, Inc. since February 2013; the Chairman of the Board of Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. since March 2013 and a director since February 2011; a director of Charter Communications, Inc. since May 2013; and a director of Zillow Group, Inc. since February 2015, having previously served as a director of its predecessor, Zillow Inc., from May 2005 to February 2015. Mr. Maffei served as a director of Barnes & Noble, Inc. from September 2011 to April 2014, as a director of Electronics Arts, Inc. from June 2003 to July 2013 and as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Starz from January 2013 to December 2016.

Roger Faxon
Director

Roger Faxon has served on our board of directors since June 2015. Since 2012, Mr. Faxon has been owner and Chief Executive of A&R Investments, an investment and consulting firm focused on the media and communications industries. Previously, from 1994 to 2012, Mr. Faxon held various positions at the EMI Group, a music recording and publishing company, including Chief Executive Officer of the Music Publishing division and most recently as Chief Executive Officer. From 1991 to 1994 he served as the Managing Director of Sotheby’s Europe, the art auction house. Mr. Faxon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Johns Hopkins University, where he currently serves on its board of directors.

David J. Frear
Director

David J. Frear, age 60, has served as Sirius XM Holdings Inc.’s (“Sirius XM”) Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since June 2015. From June 2003 to June 2015, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sirius XM. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Frear was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Savvis Communications Corporation, a global managed service provider, delivering internet protocol applications for business customers. Mr. Frear also served as a director of Savvis. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Frear was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Orion Network Systems Inc., an international satellite communications company that was acquired by Loral Space & Communications Ltd. in 1998. From 1990 to 1993, Mr. Frear was Chief Financial Officer of Millicom Incorporated, a cellular, paging and cable television company. Prior to joining Millicom, he was an investment banker at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. and Credit Suisse. Mr. Frear is a member of the board of directors of The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC, NASDAQ PHLX LLC, and NASDAQ BX, Inc., subsidiaries of Nasdaq, Inc., a leading provider of trading, clearing, exchange technology, listing, information and public company services.

Jason Hirschhorn
Director

Jason Hirschhorn is the Chief Executive Officer of the ReDEF Group, a digital content curation company that he founded in 2013. Previous to his current position, Hirschhorn served as the Chief Product Officer and Co-President of Myspace, Inc. and as President of Sling Media, Inc. Before Sling Media, Jason was the Chief Digital Officer at MTV Networks, where he was responsible for the company’s digital media business and interactive strategy. Since 2011, Hirschhorn has served as a member of the board of directors of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios, Inc. Hirschhorn holds a B.S. in International Business and Marketing from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Timothy Leiweke
Director

Timothy Leiweke has served on our board of directors since April 2015. Mr. Leiweke currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, a professional sports and commercial real estate company, which is the parent company of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto FC and the Toronto Marlies. He also currently serves on the board of directors of the 2015 Special Olympics World Summer Games and Visit California. From 1996 to 2013, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), a sporting and music entertainment presenter. From 1995 to 1996, he served as President and CEO for U.S. Skiing, the nation governing body for Olympic skiing. Prior to that, he served as President of the Denver Nuggets, a professional basketball team, from 1991 to 1995. Mr. Leiweke holds an honorary doctorate from California State University.

Roger J. Lynch
Director
Roger Lynch is the President and CEO of Pandora. Prior to joining the team at Pandora, he served as the founding CEO of Sling TV, where he led the creation and launch of the over-the-top streaming television service that delivers live sports, news and entertainment to broadband-connected devices. He joined DISH in 2009 where he led the launch of DishWorld (now Sling International).

Prior to joining DISH, he served as Chairman and CEO of Video Networks International, Ltd., an IPTV technology company in the United Kingdom. While at Video Networks he won an Emmy for Scamp, an on-demand children’s channel, and a BAFTA (British Academy of Film and The Arts) for V:MX, a collection of on-demand music video channels. He also previously served as president and CEO of Chello Broadband N.V., a broadband Internet service provider with operations in ten European countries. Prior to Chello, Roger was a technology investment banker with Morgan Stanley in New York, Silicon Valley and London. He began his career as a Member of the Technical Staff-Physics at the Hughes Aircraft Company, where he did R&D on infrared imaging and missile guidance systems.

He received his Master of Business Administration with Highest Distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and his Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Southern California.

Michael M. Lynton
Director
Michael Lynton has served on our board of directors since August 2017. Mr. Lynton also serves as the chairman of Snap Inc., a position he has held since 2016 after joining Snap Inc.'s board in 2013. Mr. Lynton served as CEO of Sony Entertainment from 2012 until February 2017, and as chairman and CEO of Sony Pictures Entertainment for over 13 years. Prior to his work at Sony, he served as CEO of AOL Europe and president of both AOL International and Time Warner International, and as CEO of Penguin Publishing. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Lynton has served on the board of Ares Management, JAMDAT Mobile, Inc., Samsonite International S.A. and Marvel Entertainment. Mr. Lynton holds a B.A. in history and literature from Harvard College, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
James E. Meyer
Director

James E. Meyer, age 62, has served as Sirius XM’s Chief Executive Officer since December 2012 and has been a director of Sirius XM since January 2013. Previously, Mr. Meyer was President, Operations and Sales, of Sirius XM. Prior to joining Sirius XM in May 2004, Mr. Meyer was the President of Aegis Ventures, a general management consulting company. Before Aegis, he held a number of senior management positions in consumer electronics over a 25 year period, including as the Senior Executive Vice President of Digital Media Solutions of Thomson, a worldwide leader in consumer electronics. Prior to joining Thomson, Mr. Meyer held several senior management positions at General Electric and RCA. Mr. Meyer is Chairman of the Board of Directors and a director of TiVo Corporation (and Rovi Corporation prior to its merger with TiVo Corporation).

Mickie Rosen
Director

Mickie Rosen has served on our board of directors since September 2015. Since October 2013, Ms. Rosen has been advising Fortune 100 companies and growth and early stage startups regarding strategy and operations. From 2011 to 2013, Ms. Rosen held various positions at Yahoo, most recently as SVP of Global Media & Commerce, where she led the media division globally, overseeing product, design, engineering, editorial, business development, partnerships, and marketing solutions. From 2008 to 2011, Ms. Rosen was a partner with digital media venture capital firm, Fuse Capital, where she also co-founded and incubated Tecca, a service helping consumers navigate personal technologies. From 2006 to 2008, she was the SVP and GM of Entertainment for Fox Interactive Media and from 2002 to 2006, Ms. Rosen was the head of product development, marketing, and PR for Fandango. Ms. Rosen has also held executive roles with Quisic, an e-learning start-up, and The Walt Disney Company’s Corporate Alliances group and prior to that, was a consultant for McKinsey & Company. Ms. Rosen holds a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from the University of California at San Diego and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
